Disconnected pilots
A proof-of-concept that impressed one team and never made it any further, because it doesn't talk to core business systems. The agent does not know what to look for and where to find it
Your Microsoft Technology Development and Consulting Experts - Operating since 2000

Most “AI integration” on the market is a chatbot bolted onto a website. Ours is built into the tools your business already runs on. From Teams, to SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and the entire Power Platform, it works with your existing data and tenant permissions from day one.
As part of the Office Experts Group, we’ve been building on the Microsoft stack since 2000. AI is the newest layer, and is quickly growing into a must have, not just an optional extra.
Most businesses feel they are stuck with really just two bad options, either a generic AI tool that doesn't understand their data, or expensive custom builds that take a year and never quite integrate with Microsoft 365. An AI agent that can’t see your SharePoint library or respect your Dataverse permissions isn’t integrated. It’s a glorified, expensive chatbot.
A proof-of-concept that impressed one team and never made it any further, because it doesn't talk to core business systems. The agent does not know what to look for and where to find it
Leadership wants AI adoption, but IT and compliance haven't signed off on where the data actually goes. 3rd party apps have unclear data permissions and no one really has the answer
Copilot is licensed and available, but there's no one to configure, govern, or extend it properly. No permissions are set and hallucinations are common and confident
Purpose-built agents that read documents, answer staff questions, triage requests from emails or web forms, or sit inside a Power Automate flow making decisions and inputting to databases, sharepoint lists or even sending of team messages to relevant parties.
Copilot rollout, configuration and governance across Microsoft 365, plus SharePoint intranets built so Copilot can search them properly. A purpose built agent that it trained on all your company data and efficiently retrieves the correct information every time.
For finance, legal, health and government, where data residency and audit logging are non-negotiable and need to be built in from day one. The Microsoft ecosystem is built with security in mind and is a pivotable reason as to why it is has long been trusted for business systems.
Not hypothetical use cases. Below are the situations that come up most often when we sit down with a business and ask where their time is actually going, and exactly what we build in response.
Policies, SOPs and pricing rules live somewhere in SharePoint, but nobody can find the current version quickly. Staff ask a manager instead, or guess.
Copilot Studio · SharePoint
An internal knowledge agent built in Copilot Studio that answers in plain English, cites the source document, and respects the same SharePoint permissions already in place.
Invoices, leave requests or purchase orders sit in an inbox waiting for a person to read them, decide, and manually update three different systems.
Power Automate · AI Builder
A Power Automate flow with an AI step that reads the incoming document, extracts the relevant data, and either actions it automatically or routes it to the right person to approve.
The dashboards exist and the data is accurate, but anyone who isn't fluent in the report can't get a straight answer without asking someone else first.
Power BI · Copilot Studio
A Copilot agent connected to the underlying Power BI dataset so staff can ask a plain-English question, such as what refunds looked like last quarter in Victoria, and get an answer, not a request to learn the report.
The business is in finance, legal, health or government. Generic AI tools would work technically but nobody can confirm what happens to the data once it leaves the building.
Azure · Dataverse · Governance
A solution designed on Azure and Dataverse from the outset, keeping data inside your tenant boundary, applying row- level security to agent permissions, and logging every query for audit.
Microsoft 365 Copilot came with the tenant, someone tried it once, and it's now sitting idle because no one configured it for how the business actually works.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Tenant configuration, permission review, and role-based training so marketing, finance and operations each learn how Copilot applies to their own work, not a generic overview.
None of this requires replacing what you already run on. Every scenario above sits on top of Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Azure you likely already have.
Talk through your scenarioWe map the task, decision, or workflow the AI needs to support, and the systems and data it needs access to.
Full solution design covering data sources, permissions, exception handling and governance, agreed before any build starts.
Development happens inside your actual Microsoft 365 or Azure tenant, tested against your real data and permission structure.
We test the expected path and the edge cases: unclear requests, missing data, and permission conflicts.
Documentation and role-based training for your team, plus ongoing support if you want us to keep managing it.
We’re not a new AI agency bolting large language models onto unfamiliar systems. Office Experts Group has been building on the Microsoft stack since 2000, Excel, Access, SharePoint, SQL Server, and for the past several years, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot. AI is the newest layer on a stack we already understand deeply, which means less time spent figuring out your environment and more time building something that actually compliments it.
